Position Overview:
As a pivotal part of our team, akin to a COO, you’ll oversee project management tasks, assist with game design documentation, and ensure seamless communication and organization within our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about gaming, especially Survival Shooter genres, and has a knack for meticulous organization and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient management of our Jira project management system.
- Development and refinement of game design documents.
- Creation of engaging charts, graphs, and pitch decks.
- Organization of our Discord server and Google Drive.
- Composition of investor reports detailing project progress.
- Leadership and management of the development team, ensuring active participation and adherence to deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates a strong passion for Survival Shooter games and the gaming industry.
- Exhibits excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experienced with tools such as Jira, Google Drive, and Discord.
- Skilled in creating professional documents and presentations.
- Ready to lead a diverse team towards achieving project milestones.
Compensation:
We offer a monthly compensation of 1000 CAD, with potential for increase after the initial three months based on performance and project progression.
