jjios kismet udk/ue3 demo tutorial to ue4

Someone here recommended me to import Jazz Jackrabbit iOS kismet tutorial demo from Unreal development kit to Unreal editor 4.
Is this how I should import all assets from udk to ue4? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOLKCCtjeHU
Will Unreal Engine/editor 4 be able to display gameplay characters animations? Will blueprints modifiers be the same like kismet graphs?

A. The following link is how to use ‘UDKImportPlugin’.

The way I know and the way you know seems different. I think you need to refer to both methods.

Q. Will Unreal Engine/editor 4 be able to display gameplay characters animations?
A. Yes.

Q. Will blueprints modifiers be the same like kismet graphs?
A. There are many similarities. But not the same.

If it’s written that it needs unreal engine 4.19(older version) does it mean I have to downgrade unreal engine 4.23(newer version)? Speaking of level maps modding in Spyro Reignited Trilogy PC version.
