Jerky playback of morph target animation

Hi Folks

I am currently experiencing an issue with a couple of morph target animations imported from 3ds max to UE4.11.

The animations/morph targets import fine and when scrubbing the animation timeline in persona everything is smooth. However when I use the play button or play the animations in my scene they stutter terribly, almost as if it is ignoring most of the frames and then suddenly jumping.

The meshes in question are imported as Skeletal but do not have bones or are skinned, I have however imported many other meshes like this which have worked perfectly. They are both relatively low poly (1699 and 7366 triangles) so I am guessing it is not a performance issue. These are the first I have imported since updating to 4.11 so I’m wondering if this is the issue?

I have since found out that the playback of the same meshes are fine on my laptop which is less powerful than my desktop, would anyone have any idea why this is?

I have updated all my system drivers on my desktop but to no avail.

I’m getting the same effect. I don’t think it has anything to do with performance, because if I set the Play Rate to a different pace (2-3), it plays perfectly. I’ve adjusted by creating a longer animation sequence and changing the rate.

Still can we get word on this from an Epic peoples? Is this a bug?
