Jello / Slime Material

I have project I am working on and am looking for some help with the Material setup for the Jell in Unreal. I want to make a material that can show things inside like a person, bubbles, tech, and also cast a shadow. I can get one or the other but having a hard time making a nice in-between

I think something with a camera-based transparency would work but I don’t know how to have it not cut through the mesh.

Can anyone recommend a tutorial or some insight on a material setup? Or give me some directions to look into for setting up a material that could do this. I am not looking for gamer performance just to make it a cinematic render
