The framed artwork is by SUDANIM, the tattoo artist for whom I made the video. So it made sense to decorate the sets with his original artwork. He hand drew and framed them, and displays them in his studio, sells them as well.
I took a photo of the framed art work, and used Blender to model them, with extrusions to bring them to 3D. In the Temple set I took the liberty of changing their sizes to that they fit the set better.
This was the photo I took in his studio that I used to model the the individual frames:

After they were done I’ve imported the textured .FBX files into UE5 and placed them around the sets. The reflective glass effect was achieved with Specular Maps
