This is the second time they say they are going to do something and they don’t do it, they said that we were going to receive the January payment and they only deposited the rest of December (12%). I wrote to support clearly stating what had happened with the JANUARY payment and they responded to me this: "We’re aware of an issue that prevented some sellers from receiving their full payout for December. This payment was the remainder of your December earnings and will include January’s revenue early in the same payment." … INCREDIBLE, they don’t answer your question, they only answer what ever they want, so?? WHAT HAPPENED TO JANUARY PAYMENT, I saw that people got it and others don’t, when will we get the JANUARY PAYMENT ?? The revenue is way more than 100$ (just to add)
Since October I have received all my payments without any problem.
I don’t care if the payment will be made on February 27th(something that I don’t know) , the only thing I say is that they NEED to answer the questions that one asks.
