ive tried every solution to fix packaging but nothing works

“cannot open .lib”
it’s not finding a library. possibly from a plugin.
if you are using git you might have ignored those .lib files since most .gitignore in internet will ignore them.

all of them? that might have taken a while. not much more one can add then.

can you package a new empty project?
have you tried “repairing” the unreal installation?
what version of ue are you using?
what’s the target platform?
can you share the ubt logs ? (the path is at the end of the log in the screen)
