I purchased something on the marketplace that is not at ALL what I thought it was, and have absolutely no use for. How do I go about requesting a refund? I’ve purchased a lot of content from the marketplace & this is the first time I’m asking to be refunded…

I would contact the vendor and ask if you could have your money back. I don’t think there is any official refund feature on the marketplace at the moment.

send an email to billing@unrealengine.com with the transaction ID , your email and name and you will get a refund very fast
