80% of the time it just clicks the box when trying to drag move it.
It should be made easier to drag move items in the designer window.

After reading over your post and doing some digging I found that this issue has already been addressed via a feature request (UE-16855). Further investigation shows that this has been resolved internally and that it will be available in a later release of the engine. I hope that this information helps.
