Hello.

Metahuman Creator is not accessible. When you visit the official site, you will be redirected to the plug-in/download page instead of the creator interface.

After logging in with an Epic Games account and clearing the browser cache, I tried using various devices and browsers, but I’m still having issues.

Please make sure that my account has access to the meta human creator and help me fix this.

Photos 1 and 2 are my situation and the metahuman creator core data doesn’t pop up like photos 3. My version is 5.5.4.

Hey @opopop5232! Welcome to the forums!

Unfortunately, if you want to use the Metahuman Core features, you have to upgrade to 5.6, as 5.6 is the version in which it was introduced as part of Unreal Engine. As for the online metahuman creator, I think they took it down, I can’t get to it either.

I can’t tell you for sure, but I will say that it is very very likely. :frowning: But if you can use 5.5.4, chances are you can upgrade to 5.6! Let me just say, 5.6 Metahuman editor is REALLY GOOD compared to the web-based one!
