The Butter Barn first appeared in Chapter 2 Season 5, got its own lobby track, showed up again in the Mothership later that chapter, then made a grand reappearance in Chapter 3 with a new look and then multiple different forms.
Despite that, its still nowhere to be found in the Fortnite prefabs or galleries of Creative. I understand why some more complex POIs don’t exist in Creative, but this is a restaurant chain. I can’t imagine any reasonable explanation for it not existing in Creative yet besides it possibly being overlooked, but come on.
The original Butter Barn, Chapter 3 Butter Barn, and its Bloom variants (Neo, Coral, Coliseum) really should have been added by now.
