If a player joins in progress, items within item spawners become invisible.
This can be fixed by “refreshing” guns, such as via a mutator, but this can cause extreme lag if there is a large amount of item spawners.

check if NetLoadOnClient is on and if you set the items somewhere make sure its Repnotify and not Multicast
