Items Client Side, Please Help!

I have a multiplayer project that I’m working on and all the items for the inventory system are client side when dropped (inventory system uses arrays tied to the player char)
and I was wondering if anyone could Help me with this problem, I would like a simple Node placement within each of the items that makes it so that they are seen by all clients when dropped.
