Item Spawner Device bug

Hi!
I’m wondering if anybody experienced a new bug with the “Item Spawner device”?
I’m almost done with my new island, and at the very end I got my eyes caught on a new bug.
The Item Spawner immediately remove the Item after spawning before anyone could pick it up. I checked and placed a new Item Spawner device on my map, which I dropped a random gun in, but it still had the same issue.

Hey Coach Pinguno,

There is a limit to the Item Spawner device, haven’t tested in a few months, but from past experience they start to malfunction when using 80 - 100 of them.
Using some other devices will decrease its reliability, like item granters and placers.

It may help to not have them all spawn at once and use some sort of time delay to break it up or a volume to detect player proximity to spawn them with.
