It would be good if we could subscribe to building and editing events

I would like to know what players are building and where so I can hide the individual “blueprint” tile if they built correctly and show it again if they edited.

Please expose both events in verse. I asked here but no one replied Is it possible to subscribe to player's building/editing events?
