It took 2 month and 239 Unreal Engine 5 crashes to create this. Would appretiate the support <3

Did you guess where is the scene from at the first sight?)

Hey there @ORTyOW,

Hope you’re doing well!

I think I may just have to watch the Witcher now. After a mere 239 crashes, you’ve managed to pull together something visually beautiful, cinematic, and genuinely impressive! Incredible work.

Thank you so much for sharing and I hope to see more of your work around the forums.

Wow, amazing stuff. Big fan of the Witcher Series and find this a true tribute! Just learning about unreal engine capabilities and they are astonishing.

i want to believe that you were actively keeping a tally, and that 239 is an accurate number…

Nice work! Two months to make forty seconds and i struggle to understand the complexities of getting there. So much of the barrier to entry into the UE ecosystem seems to be time in the system/knowledge of that system. I think the last two months just trying to understand how to put together a basic workflow, nevermind actually getting anything done. this looks like you did your own animations? either way, good job putting the pieces together.

Thank you so much for these kind words  I didn’t expect such a warm welcome. I love this community!

The irony here is that I didn’t watch or play Witcher, but made a Cinematic for this theme😁 I guess I will also have to

Thank you  Good luck with your learning and wish you success in 2023!

非常感谢你的美言! 你好来自白俄罗斯

Thanks for that  this is the accurate number, actually you can check all your crashes in the saved/crashes folder inside of your project

Thank you a lot  In this project I made my own animations and also used animations from mixamo. Wish you Good luck with your learning! Just be consistent and start with small projects, don’t chase every single aspect at once, stick with one main thing, make a Cinematic / small Game mechanic / Character animations. You will succeed in 2023 If you stick with learning new things, Just don’t give up, believe in yourself and be consistent

Thank you very much

Thanks)

Thank you  You definitely will! Good luck with your learning! Wish you success in 2023

Very smooth scenes. And I was about to call the head of Unreal about my handful of crashes lol. But very inspiring for the journey I’m at 500 hours in now, so no more crawling now just teething lol

you killed it… lets stick together… newbies aren’t that liked from the ppl who been here 5 yrs + but I recommend win bush and faultier 16yr vets are more friendly … the rest dismiss newbies , which I hope changes cos we might bring 10 yrs in another important industry
