Responsibilities
● Sourcing, evaluating resumes and register them in our database for the most fit candidates
● Build talent pipeline with qualified active and passive candidates
● Evaluate which source brings best candidates
● Doing research on different job markets, forums, discord channels, generate candidate names and profiles, and develop
creative sourcing strategies in close collaboration with our HR Team
● Inform HR Team regarding strategies and status
● Source, engage, and screen passive (and active) talent for existing roles and for future recruiting needs
● Advocate for new tools, processes and initiatives which keep GeoTech at the forefront of Sourcing innovation
● Searching for C++ Unreal Engine Developers is a huge plus
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting
● Strong research skills
● Highly organized, detail-oriented and responsible for the result
● Demonstrable initiative, resourcefulness, self-management
