It is only spawned by world space coordinate

Whenever i use ‘Multi trace sphere by channel’ function with several particle effects made of a static mesh in another actor, it is spawned only by world space coordinate. It’s a ground break effect. All the other relative coordinate setting functions and methods returns only world space coordinate. So, for example, it cannot be spawned right of a character ‘direction’. It is only spawned right of a character regardless of a character direction. It’s in 3rd person mode.
