As can see in the SS i have share it has been this long so far and have yet to get any support, help, or even a bloody email about the problem of epic or even idk who even unreal engine them self who ever just removed my DLC that i paid for them just taking it like that, I’ll buy it one more time but when i do im goanna SS pretty much everything that is to do with me buying there crap scammed DLC even off my bank account as well, so mark my words you guys are not goanna get away with this again i mean it i dare for “You OR epic” to touch my god darn account again and take that DLC off my account go on I dare you guys to do cause i have done nothing off the back for you guys to just go doing something so very underhanded like that so when i buy one more time again ill have much of “everything” this time of me buying it. Thats if i dont find a way still to get what is due owe to me cause of this.
You know if instead of mindless ranting you stopped and actually gave them any real info, you would have better chances for getting any real help.
info you should consider adding:
- game that dlc is for
- platform where it is bought (epic store, steam GOG etc)
- your account info where DLC is missing so they can verify it is missing there
- do not give them login, just account user name
And generally stop and start thinking.
