I’d describe that more as ‘I see a copy of the screen inside the dropdown menus’
What GPU are you using?
Have you tried updating the GPU Drivers?
Also be sure to exit any screen recording / extraneous software that might be interfering.
unistall unreal, delete the epic folder in program files x86, and reinstall the engine

I already updatet my GPU
I did it 20 time i think
IS quixel brige add on importent
Try switching to studio drivers, or to an older release. I had similar issue, it was caused by Nvidia drivers.
