IStreamingManager::AddViewSlaveLocation not exported

I wanted to use the method to pre-stream textures following the information found in the documentation (Texture Streaming | Unreal Engine Documentation) since it looked like the best approach for me, but I’m using a binary build and the method is compiled out because it isn’t tagged as ‘ENGINE_API’.

I’ll look for alternative approaches for now, but if you could make the change for the next version it would be nice.
