Issues with Unreal Engine 5

Hi y’all, I have no prior experience with the engine but i’m trying to get Unreal Engine working on my computer properly and I’m honestly not sure if this is even related to Unreal. I’ve been having weird errors while using visual studio. I’m getting these errors from files that I assume are engine related so that’s why I’m making this post. I’m not quite good with explaining things so I’ll attach a screenshot.

I tried to make new projects to see if it was still happening and i got this a few times as well

What engine version are you using? Are you using source from github or from the epic games launcher? What happens when you create a BP only project and launch only the editor?

I’m using UE 5.0.3 through epic games. I’m not seeing any issues when i create a bp project.
