Im running issues with Landscape paintable materials. Ive been following multiple tutorials and it seems like a simple process to get a paintable material. Yet for some reason I encounter “There are currently no target layers assigned to this landscape” Non of the videos I’ve watched seem to run into this issue. They create a material, set up layers via the landscape layered Blend node and their blends show up in target Layers. Im not sure if there is a missing crucial step, Ive even simplified the textures to just solid colors to figure out what might be wrong, and watched/ followed other tutorials. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Perhaps you forgot to press the “+” button on the Layers tab, and create a Weight-Blended layer
