Issues with installed CLO LiveSync Editor (on MacOS) in Unreal Engine

Dear Community,

I’m having an issue with the CLO3D LiveSync plugin on macOS and would really appreciate your help.

I downloaded both the CLO LiveSync plugin (version 1.1.4) and the Substance plugin, and placed them into the following directory:

/Users/Shared/Epic Games/UE_5.4/Engine/Plugins/Marketplace

Since the “Marketplace” folder didn’t exist on my Mac, I created it manually.

I’m using Unreal Engine 5.4.4 on a MacBook. In the Plugin Settings, the CLO LiveSync plugin shows up, but I can’t find it in the Project Settings, and I also can’t locate the LiveSync Editor when searching inside the engine. The Substance plugin, on the other hand, appears without any issues.

As a test, I briefly installed version 1.1.6 of the plugin (which I know is incompatible), and it threw an error – which at least confirms that the engine is detecting the plugin path correctly.

Has anyone else run into this on macOS? I’d really appreciate any tips or suggestions!

Thanks in advance! :folded_hands:
