I’m working on an interior visualization in Unreal Engine 5.3.2.
After baking the lighting, I’m trying to set up materials, but they’re not behaving correctly.
Some materials—especially glass or reflective surfaces—create a strange mirror-like effect instead of realistic reflections.
Here are my current settings:
- Project Settings → Rendering → Use Hardware Ray Tracing: Enabled
- Post Process Volume → Global Illumination Method: None
- Post Process Volume → Reflections Method: Lumen
- Post Process Volume →
Translucency Type: Raster
