Hi, I’ve set up my game in the Stage Sandbox environment for the Epic Games reviewers to test it. The Brand Review has already been approved, so external users outside my organization should be able to authenticate their Epic Games account and access the game.
However, I have some questions:
- How can I get the Epic Games Account IDs of the Epic Games reviewers to add them to the Player Group? So far, I can only add players one by one using their Account ID.
- Is there an easier way to grant access to the reviewers without having to ask them directly for their Epic Games Account ID?
- I also read about generating Access Keys that players can redeem in the Epic Games Launcher, but I’m not sure if that’s the best approach for Epic reviewers. Is it advisable to use Access Keys in this case, or should I stick with Player Groups?
I would appreciate any guidance or solutions that others have implemented for this issue. Thanks!
