Issues with Alembic exports from Marvelous Designer

I’m testing importing cloth animations from MD into UE, for cinematics… It looks like it SHOULD work, but I’m getting strange sync issues when running the simulation, the alembic item appears to be off center…
The character was animated in Mixamo, exported as FBX into MD, and then in UE… 30 fps for everything
Also, if someone knows how to have that alembic cache show up in Sequencer, I would be very grateful… When I add it as an actor, the timeline’s empty…

To be sure, I imported both inside Modo, no problems there

OK, checked in Blender, where I saw the same issue as in UE, and was able to pinpoint it… The alembic animation starts at frame 0, when the fbx starts at f1. In modo it starts at 0, why I don’t know…

For info, I got some feedback from a dev, and there’s a bug with alembic imports where a frame (in my case two) gets added to the animation. They don’t know how to fix it yet…
