Issues with 21 days editing in UEFN and island creator program

Hello,

Recently I’ve been trying to apply for the island creator program, however I’ve had issues applying for it.

I contacted support about my issues however they failed to help. And when I called them out on this they banned me from live chats. That aside they have told me that no one can apply for it yet because it hasn’t been 21 days yet. As of writing this and receiving that response it had in fact been 21 days. I’m sure that I have now been editing in UEFN for 21 days but I’m still unable to apply for this program and get an error whenever I try to do so.

Sadly epics support have been really unhelpful throughout this process and I’m really lost as to what to do.

I encountered the same problem. I created the project on March 31, and almost every day I edit something. Epic support does not help in any way, there is no way to know how many days are left or how many days have passed. I’m getting frustrated, there is no way to make playtests.
