I do not understand why it has stopped being able to send to my device for testing

I am also unaware of where that key is suppose to sit, either on the Development computer or within the testing device?

Hoping that gives some clarification.
It is engine 4.13.1, based on blueprints.

I really can’t tell much from looking at the screenshots. A full log (text) would be more useful. I recommend creating an AnswerHub.

From what I can tell, I believe you may have a corrupted UPL XML file from a plugin.
