Hopefully this isn’t too vague but I’ll do my best to give details. I am new to game dev and followed a tutorial and everything works swimmingly besides painting foliage. The first geometry I painted was some grass and originally it didn’t work either. I tried everything but eventually I went over a couple shaded spots in landscape that hadn’t painted with my dirt terrain and then all the sudden the grass populated. Now I am a bit further and trees are needed to be painted. I went over basically all the setting I could find between the grass and the trees and everything is the same yet nothing paints. I can’t find any shaded squares to fix like last time. I rebuilt the lighting, checked to make sure I was on no collision. No instances and no errors either. Just the blue dome paint brush head and nothing. I hope this is just me being a noob and missing something silly.
