Issue with shadows being offset on exterior siding

See image. For some reason shadows from some of my window trims show up offset from the trim where others (that are closer to the viewpoint) show up correct. As I zoom in the shadows are correct, but when I zoom out they are all offset. I've played around with the renderer shadow setting, but it doesn't correct the problem. Any advice?Image1

Hello ,

Thank you for posting your question in the community and for attaching the image.

Do you see the shadows if you export an image or video?

I am not certain if this will help resolve the strange shadows but maybe try adjusting the bias settings. Found in the Settings > Render Settings > Shadow > More menu. Let me know if that ended up resolving the strange shadows.

Kind regards,

Vincent B.

Thanks for your response Vincent. Yes, I did try Shadow Bias already. It still does that with the shadows no matter what the shadow bias is set to and the shadow offset still shows up when exported. Any other thoughts? Has other users had this problem?

Hello ,

Thank you for the follow-up and we would need to get more feedback on how the geometry/meshes were generated and imported into Twinmotion. Could you submit a bug form so we can best investigate this issue: https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page
