Issue with Root Bone transform


I’ve been trying to set up a state machine but for the “JumpEnd” animation, I’m recently having some issues (and the weird part is that it started from nowhere… At least it seems like that)
Whenever the character goes from the JumpLoop to the JumpEnd animation, it starts from a higher location before falling down (which makes the movement looks weird). I’ve checked and it seems like the Root bone for that animation is higher than the rest of them (and as I said, it was working fine before). I’ve tried lowering down the bone, but it applies to all other animations.

Does anyone have a clue of what am I supposed to do here?
