This is a known issue, and we are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, users were able to resolve the problem with one of the following solutions:
FIX 1
Make RealityCapture like a clean install (hold Shift and run RC, then choose to Make it like a clean install) and use Offline activation.
FIX 2
Please try to uninstall RealityCapture, then head to C:\Program Files\Capturing Reality and delete everything you will find about RealityCapture in ProgramData, AppData, and Windows registry. Then restart your PC and try to install RealityCapture again, and run the same test.
You won’t see a license in your account if you are using PPI credits. The current PPI credits balance can be checked in the Account Summary. Check the Overview page or the Transactions webpage.
If you don’t see any credits please make sure you are using the same account for logging in as the account you used to purchase the credits.
If you are sure you are using the same account and the credits are missing please contact us through a technical inquiry and we will sort it out.
