Verification:

  • Error occurs consistently on Windows. Can’t check Linux platform as it falls down with another issue
  • Error occurs with clean builds only with server components enabled
  • Issue appears to be with core engine modules, not third-party content
  • Issue persists even with minimal project configuration

Steps to Reproduce
Windows:

- Visual Studio 2022 17.12.3

- Windows SDK 10.0.22621.0

Linux:

- Clang 18.1.0 (v25 toolchain)

- Ubuntu/Rocky Linux (Latest)
