Issue with Pixel Streaming on an AMD video card

My solution stopped working after I’ve swapped Nvidia GTX 1080 with AMD 5700 XT.
Symptoms: I’m getting “Waiting for video”, which is shown indefinitely.

Things I’ve tried:

  1. Removing
-NvEncH264ConfigLevel=6.2

option from startup shortcut.

  1. Re-packaging the project while using the new AMD video card.

Sure enough, after swapping the card back everything works as intended. Am I missing something? May the issue be connected to rendering resolution? I’m rendering at 4K.
