Can anyone help me with my character movement, every time I follow a video tutorial I get the same outcome…. Thank you in advance. 
It feels like you are using a root-motion animation perhaps? I can see the pawn just snaps back into its point of origin. Is that the case? Where did you get the animations from? Are there ‘in-pace’ versions of the animations you are trying to use?
