Issue with Missing PDB File During Build in UGS

I am working with a plugin that does not include a PDB file. When we build our project in UGS, I am encountering the following error:

AddBuildProductsFromManifest: …pdb was in manifest “\Intermediate\Build\Manifest.xml” but could not be found.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or can provide guidance on how to resolve it?
