Issue with MetaHuman Creator and Quixel account linking

Hello,

I am experiencing an account linking issue between MetaHuman Creator and Quixel.

  • When I log in with this email address in MetaHuman Creator, I can see the avatar I created.

  • However, when I log in with the same email in Quixel Bridge, a different avatar appears — one that is actually linked to my second account.

It seems that my MetaHuman Creator and Quixel accounts are not correctly linked. I would like to resolve this so that I can access and manage all my MetaHumans from the same account.

I have already contacted Epic Games Support, but they redirected me to the MetaHuman Forums and the MetaHuman FAQs. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a solution there, so I am reaching out again for help.

I’ve attached an example image to illustrate the problem.
