Issue with Livelink Plugin and MotionBuilder Communication in Unreal Engine 5.1.1 during LaunchGame

I am experiencing an issue with the Livelink Plugin and MotionBuilder communication in Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) during the LaunchGame process.
The communication works as expected in the Editor mode, but it does not function when I run the LaunchGame.
I edited LivelinkPlugin.uplugin but doesn’t work.
