Issue with Fulfilling Requirements for Fortnite Map Creator Program

Hi,

I’m trying to enroll in the Fortnite Map Creator program, but I’m encountering issues with the system not recognizing that I meet the necessary requirements. Specifically, the requirements are:

  1. 0/30 days since you first logged into Fortnite with this account.
  2. 0/7 of the last 30 days editing in Fortnite Creative, Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), and/or Unreal Engine.

Here’s my situation:

  1. 0/30 days since you first logged into Fortnite: I’ve logged into Fortnite every day for the past 4 months, so I should meet this requirement.
  2. 0/7 of the last 30 days editing in Fortnite Creative: I have spent numerous days in the past month working in Fortnite Creative, but the system doesn’t seem to count this.

Despite meeting these conditions, the system shows that I do not fulfill the requirements and I’m unable to enroll in the program.

Could you please look into this issue and help me resolve it so I can successfully join the Fortnite Map Creator program?
