Issue with Emails to marketplace-support@unrealengine.com

Over the past week, we have noticed an issue which may have caused some emails sent to marketplace-support@unrealengine.com to not be delivered to us. If you contacted us at this address, and you did not receive an automated confirmation email with a case number, it is likely that we did not receive your message.

We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, cases submitted through the Marketplace Support Site will not be impacted by this, so please contact us there with any issues or questions.
