Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Unreal Engine.
  2. Access Fab Library by navigating to Window > Fab.
  3. Select the claimed Megascan texture.
  4. Attempt to download the texture.
  5. Observe the error message: “An error occurred, the asset could not be retrieved.”
  6. Verify that the texture can be downloaded directly from the web page

Expected Result

  • The asset should be downloaded without encountering any error messages.

  • The texture should appear in the Fab library within Unreal Engine.

  • The texture should be seamlessly integrated into the project from the Fab library, allowing it to be downloaded from our new FAB library.

Observed Result

  • When attempting to download the Megascan texture from the Fab library within Unreal Engine, I received the following error message: “An error occurred, the asset could not be retrieved.”
  • The texture could be downloaded directly from the web page without issues, but the error persists when using the Fab library interface.
