Hi everyone, how’s it going? My game is “live” and visible on the Epic Games Store, but its status is still listed as "Coming Soon."I tried changing the release date, but it didn’t work.Does anyone know how to fix this?I’d like to make it available for purchase as soon as possible.
Hey there @Dimmy.BR
We took a peek at your product and noticed that the release date has been updated, but rather than a ‘specific date’, it is set to an ‘estimated’ date.
When setting your release date, we have a few options: specific, estimated, and unknown.
The specific date option should be used only after you have a set release date for your game. For example, if you are sure you want your game released on July 2nd, you will set your specific date to July 2nd, 2026. From now until July 2nd, your game will display as coming soon, but once we reach the specific date, your game will automatically revert to either ‘buy now,’ or if it is set to free, then it will be shown as 'free.
If you don’t have a set release date in mind but would like to mark your game as ‘coming soon’ to gather wishlisting data, we recommend setting your release date to ‘estimated’ or ‘unknown’. This will give you extra time to focus on development and to obtain wishlist data. Additionally, when setting your release date as ‘estimated’ or ‘unknown’, you do not need to attach an artifact to your build.
I would also strongly recommend that, once you have determined the date you would like to set as your ‘specific’ date, you set a release date for a few days in the future (a week can be helpful!). Our moderation team can take 2 to 3 business days for review.
I hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. This actually happened to me last year: I set a specific date, but when the day arrived, the game didn’t launch to the public—it just stayed listed as “Coming Soon.” I was frustrated by the situation and gave up on launching it that year.
Now, I’m trying to launch the game on Epic again.
I’ve updated the page to launch on a specific date: June 27th at 12 PM.
