We’re aware of an issue that is preventing new islands from being created using Fortnite Creative.
We will let you know when we have more information or a fix.

Is this the bug that stops islands from being made beyond 30-something islands, or is this a different new bug that stops it no matter how many you have
The issue preventing new islands from being created using Fortnite Creative has been resolved.
That was caused by the same issue.
Edit: Should be fixed!
