Issue installing "object already exists"

I’m not sure why but when attempting to install UE4 i’m giving an error that says "object already exists " and it closes not installing

Have you checked Control Panel > Programs and Features to see if there is an existing UE4 installation?

Sorry I haven’t had time to respond back lately but the problem was an update windows had installed titled KB2918614. When i unstalled that my issue went away.
