Hi, Ive been trying to import from Blender an animation for one character, but the 3D model of the character gets deformed. Ive tried multiple settings/options I found in other posts or videos, but none worked and I don`t know what else to do.
Im using Unreal Engine 5.3 and Blender 4.2, both the animation and 3D model have the same point of origin and have transforms reset (check picture). I also show the export settings im using in Blender. When I export the mesh, I uncheck the “Animation” part.
The model has a red line (deformed model) and green line (how it should be). If when I import the animation, I select “Preserve Local Transform”, the animation plays correctly but I get the error “Imported bone transform is different from original.”. Output Log says that one bone has “Source Global Transform” different from “Converted Global Transform”.
I did the same workflow with other model/animation and everything was right. Let me know if you need to know anything else. Thanks
