I’m having trouble editing the pivot point for my mesh in the blueprint viewport. I’ve tried Alt + Middle Mouse and Right Click, but neither actually provoke any response (right click won’t open up the menu that the guides say it should).
Hey there, afaik you can only change pivot in the world. If you want to change it in the blueprint editor you have to change the mesh itself either by changing it in a DCC software or by using import translation option in ue 4.
How do I go about editing the pivot in the world?
The alt-middle mouse command you described trying only works with a mesh placed in a level. Even so the change is only temporary(when that mesh is selected). To permanently change the pivot you must edit the mesh in your DCC software.
There is a plugin for that so it might work for you.
