IslandSettings bAllowSpectateOtherTeams setting seem stuck to "Disallowed"

Summary

It seems that this option is set to Disallowed on our map eventhough the IslandSettings actor says “Allowed” since it shows this UI when players die :

Copy pasting the island setting on another project sets the setting to “Disallowed”, that’s why I’m wondering what’s wrong here, here’s the actor to copy paste (which clearly shows “Allowed” in plain text)

Island Settings shouldn’t silently change upon publishing

Observed Result

Island setting seem to not be changeable

It seems that there are 2 settings controlling this somehow :

  • bAllowSpectateOtherTeams (never changes?)
  • AllowSpectateOtherTeams (line doesn’t exist when setting to “Allowed”)

It could just be me being dumb but I can’t get rid of this endscreen..
