16km2 Landscape in Unreal Engine 5.3
Landscape and layer masks created with @worldcreator3d Small rock, boulders, tall grass, shrubs and trees all generated with 1 PCG graph pulling info from 7 Landscape Layers and affected by terrain height, slope and splines.
Its just made up, going for if an asteroid hit a small island… the project was a lot of fun. Now just need to learn more how to do more gameplay mechanics so I can actually make some games!
The formation of the land is so unique but so natural. I greatly admire the skills you showcase here making something so fantastical yet realistic. I feel like this is a place that can be easily discoverable today! I’m also in a way reminded very fondly of what I believe is Spy Kids 2 where they were on the island as well.
