Sorry, but i’ve been waiting already 6-7 Days for a simple Answer.
My Map has been Disabled and all i got is that i managed to get Disabled for this:
1.2 Keep Personal Info Private
This could mean anything.
I mean i did not post a Adress or a Picture of someone in there or did something else that i’m aware of.
My Support Tickets get closed with: read the Rules and a Link to the Rules from the Support Team.
I did that and still got no Idea why that happend and waiting for a response. 
Yeah mailing with support always ends like that 
Be sure to review all your billboard texts and your images, then publish again, maybe you’ll be lucky this time
Right now I don’t know what to do.
If I just publish the island again I’m afraid Epic will exclude it from the Island Creator Program.
When I started all this I certainly didn’t want to be in the position of being afraid of Epic, but since no one from Epic is helping me, it’s really not a nice situation.
And i think i’m not the only one in that Situation.
I try to just continue with other maps, but in the back of my mind the next map or the next update could easily be disabled again after 100-1000 hours of work.
I don’t think getting refusals influences the algorithm. You don’t have choice but to publish again anyway 
Just go through all your assets and check that they don’t infringe the rule

To preserve the privacy of others, you must not gather, share, or exploit the personal information of individuals or organizations through the use of your island, or attempt to. Do not include videos or photographs of people (yourself or others) anywhere in your island or metadata. Do not provide methods within your island for players to text chat other than via a set of limited pre-determined phrases (sometimes known as “canned chat”) or the Epic-provided social features.
Also when they say “you must not gather, share, or exploit the personal information of individuals” it means do not ask people to send you a message or a screenshot on the networks for example.
I’ve had this problem with my map, I was asking people to send screenshots and it didn’t pass moderation, I changed to something without an action verb and it worked
Ok, the only Thing i could be that i got a Text at the bottom left through a Message Device that Says something like Bugs and Feedback to @4ndreDe to X / Twitter.
Is this maybe the Problem?
I’m not sure since you don’t ASK them to send it, if there’s not the word “send” it should be okay
I’m not a pro at this again

But it looks like they don’t investigate anything for since the last Response at 16. September.
It can’t take that long to get someone involved that knows what to do right?
